We can take over your existing telephone line (with no downtime), you retain your exisiting number and any call features like caller display etc., pay us a one off transfer fee of £19.99 (Excluding VAT), and therafter you will benefit from our _low line rental & call charges (In comparison with BT's standard rates).

If you have a bad credit rating or no credit rating, we can often still accept you (Subject to a security deposit and our usual Terms & Conditions), this applies to all our services.

We also offer bespoke pricing tailored to your specific needs so if you make a lot of calls to mobiles we can offer you reduced rates to the networks you call most often.

All our Telephone & ADSL Broadband lines are carried over teir 1 (Same quality as BT), carrier routes and are not VOIP lines.

Take over an exisiting line. This charge shall apply where all line work is in place and it is not necessary for an engineer to visit the premises. ADDITIONAL ON-SITE WORK	CONNECTION CHARGE	MONTHLY RENTAL
On-site work, e.g. a second telephone socket, is charged on a 'time and materials' basis. There is an initial charge of ♦£58, which includes 30 minutes labour. After the initial 30 minutes, the work is charged in periods of one hour, at ♦ £40 per additional hour or part thereof.
