Q. Can I upgrade my hard drive without losing any data?
A. Yes!, we will professionally 'Clone' your Hard Drive, so that every file that was present on your old drive will be present on your new upgraded one. (We charge £10 for this service, plus the cost of your new drive).

Q. Can you REALLY recover/undelete my data from a faulty Hard Drive?
A. In many cases the deleted data is FULLY recoverable, although sometimes the hard drive can take several days to be recovered.

Q. Is the price of just £19.99 (excluding VAT) really the price I will pay?
A. In most cases the cost will be £19.99 or LESS! (Excluding VAT).
